Termsof Service

• You must register an account to use full features and provide true, accurate, and complete information at registration;
• You are responsible for all activities under your account and must safeguard your account credentials;
• Transferring, selling, or sharing accounts is prohibited;
• If you discover unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

• This Service uses a credit system; new registered users receive free trial credits;
• You can purchase credit plans via payment channels such as Creem; credits are delivered instantly after payment is completed;
• Unless otherwise required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable once used;
• The number of credits consumed by different features is subject to the platform's published information; we reserve the right to adjust credit prices and plan contents;
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash; credits in long-inactive accounts may expire under platform rules.

• You must ensure that uploaded images and entered prompts do not infringe any third-party rights (including copyright, portrait rights, trademark rights, etc.);
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license, solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you, running AI models, and storing and transmitting processing results;
• You own the images generated by processing, but you are solely responsible for the legal liability arising from your use and distribution of the generated content.

Artifree strictly prohibits using the Service to generate, upload, or distribute the following types of content:

• NSFW (Not Safe For Work), adult, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content;
• Inappropriate images of minors or sexualized content involving minors;
• Violent, gory, terrorist, or hate-inciting content;
• Content that infringes on others' portrait rights, privacy rights, or copyright;
• Disinformation, deceptive content, or deepfakes used for fraud;
• Content that violates the laws and regulations of China and other applicable jurisdictions.

To enforce this policy, all prompt-based generation endpoints are integrated with Creem Content Moderation API. Prompts classified as deny or flag will be rejected and will not be sent to the AI model. When moderation fails (e.g., service unavailable), we "fail closed" — rejecting generation rather than allowing it through.

• Images provided by this Service are generated by AI models; results may be biased, distorted, or not as expected;
• AI-generated content may unintentionally resemble existing works; you should verify it yourself before use;
• We do not guarantee that generated content is suitable for specific commercial scenarios; you must assess usage risks yourself.

Except for user content, all elements of this Service (including but not limited to website design, trademarks, logos, source code, algorithms, and documentation) are owned by Artifree and protected by intellectual property laws. Without our written permission, they may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially.

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated bulk calls to the Service (API access is excepted but must comply with rules);
• Bypassing or interfering with content moderation, security protection, or credit billing mechanisms;
• Using the Service in a way that harms other users or the Service;
• Using the Service to engage in any illegal or infringing activities.

• We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate part or all of the Service at any time;
• If you violate these Terms, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account at any time and cancel unused credits;
• After account termination, we will delete your personal information within a reasonable period (except where subject to legal retention requirements).

The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the transaction that gave rise to the liability.

The interpretation and disputes of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a people's court with jurisdiction at the location of our operating entity.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you in a prominent place within the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after revisions constitutes acceptance of the new Terms; if you disagree, please stop using the Service and request account deactivation.
