We use necessary cookies and browser local storage (e.g., localStorage) to maintain login sessions and save preferences. We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies. You can clear this data in your browser settings, but you may need to sign in again.

• Payment providers: Information necessary for payment providers such as Creem to process your orders;
• Cloud storage and AI model providers: To process your images, we may transfer them to cloud storage (e.g., Cloudflare R2) and AI model APIs (e.g., cutout and image editing services);
• Legal requirements: When responding to laws, regulations, government requests, or judicial proceedings.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Uploaded images are transferred to your account for your review after results are generated; if you actively delete job records or deactivate your account, the relevant data will be removed from the active database, and backups will be cleared after a reasonable retention period.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you have the following rights:

• Access, correct, and delete your personal information;
• Restrict or object to our processing of your information;
• Data portability (obtain your data in a structured format);
• Withdraw consent (without affecting processing performed before withdrawal);

We protect your information with measures including HTTPS encrypted transmission, JWT token authentication, hashed password storage, and the principle of least privilege. However, internet transmission cannot be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our servers, cloud storage, and AI model providers may be located outside of China (e.g., the United States, Europe). In such cases, we take reasonable measures to ensure your information receives a level of protection equivalent to this policy.

This Service is intended for users aged 16 and above. If you are a minor, please use the Service with a guardian's consent. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
